Corporate accounting is efficient and comprehensive. However, financial reports are highly regulated to ensure consistency across companies. AccountMe allows you to track your finances exactly how you wish. We provide the framework, you provide the implementation.
Why keep letting other tools give you a wildly inaccurate view of your finances? You deserve better. You're a finance/accounting professional - Use an app that doesn't think it's smarter than you. Stop feeling angst when you view
your finances. Know
exactly what your finances look like.
You're the expert, and AccountMe is your tool of choice.
All accounts are created from and edited from the New Journal Entry screen. For example, on the left, the Household Items asset account will be debited for $800.58, and since you paid $500 with your credit card and the remainder in cash, you choose to
credit Accounts Payable for $500 and Cash for $300.58.
Want the "Household Items" account to be more specific, such as "Furniture?" Don't worry! Everything is editable to your liking.
The names of the accounts you see below the account type selection are recent accounts you've used. You can click these to automatically fill in the textbox to save you from typing.
The buttons on the bottom left of each journal entry line are used to make an account contra, such as a Contra-Asset.
This screen also provides a helper (at the bottom) that explains exactly what your journal entry will do.
The income statement is divided into your basic revenues and expenses. For example (right), we received $2400 from our paycheck in August 2015.
Expenses are where the twist of personal budgeting comes in. Here, expenses are divided into three categories: Necessary Fixed Expenses (like rent), Necessary Variable Expenses (like how much you spend on groceries), and Discretionary Expenses (anything that's not necessary). This way, you can easily see where you've been allocating your money.
Expenses can also be classified as Non-Cash (future feature), so that you can account for items like Depreciation and not have it affect your actual cash flows.
Soon, we will provide features to link your bank account and credit/debit cards with AccountMe so that expenses can be automatically populated to your liking.
Try AccountMe free for 37 days before you pay. Why 37 days, you ask? Because monthly budgeting is... monthly budgeting, and it would only be right for us to give you a full month and then some.
Easily access your finances from any iOS device through cloud storage.
AccountMe is continually getting better and better. With Feature Request Prioritization & Dedicated Support, our development team puts your feature requests at the top of the list. Additionally, we are always available with our dedicated support team for any issues you may have.
